Trusting any movers is insane. But for once, I really trusted these guys. They even asked me if I had any valueables that I wanted them to take extra special care with. Which I did.. Most movers find ways to come up with all kinds of crazy charges. I couldn’t believe it when these guys dismatled my bed to bring to my new place, and put it back together with no extra charge! I move typically once a year, and this has been thye easiest move for me. Thanks for making my move stress free!

I’ll get right to the things that matter in a review: they stuck to their quote, didn’t have any additional surprise charges at the end of the move, managed to not break anything, and seemed to be happy employees that like their job. Enough said.

I called for a “free” quote and surpringly it WAS free! They didn’t pressue me into anything,
which was nice because I ended up resigning my lease so this review is for the quote only.

Moving from Naperville to the Northside of Chicago isn’t my idea of fun. This year, I refused
to attempt to entice my friends with the promise of beer and pizza and wanted to make the
move myself. I called Done Right Moving and that’s exactly how everything is done. Right. So
they helped me move and even though the price was $50 more than another chain company
I thought of using, I went with them and I’m happy I did! They are worth the extra money to
make sure nothings broken or battered or stolen!

I used this company based on their reviews. The move went quickly without anything being dented or scratched up. The guys were more like great friends that were helping you, but moved much faster than if it was my friends, so total +. I will use this company again

I needed supplies to pack up my 2bd apartment and so I used their services for not only moving, but also boxes. I got a few too many boxes, 20 actually, and so I couldn’t believe it when they came to move me and saw the extra boxes they told me if I returned them I would get a refund. I couldn’t believe it when I did! They wrapepd everything up in blankets and not one thing was scratched. Thank you thank you!

We needed to move as fast as possible, as it just so happened we closed on a new home when my wife was 9 months pregnant and we had a 2 and 5 yr old. I called these guys just days before on the busiest moving days of the year (memorial day weekend). They squeezed us in andsurprisingly, their rates were really great! They made our move a lot less stressful than what it could have been and they helped me make sure my wife didn’t have to lift a finger. I couldn’t have been happier!

I move every year because I can’t stand to stay in one place too long. I was moving from a 2nd floor walkup to a 4th floor walkup and got a quote online using their form. Unlike other copanies, they didn’t charge me for them bnoth being walkup buildings which obviously makes more work for them. Since that move, I have used them again.

They are extremely reliable and being tht I use a moving company every year, I can honestly say this is a great company!

So I signed a new lease without anyone telling me that a squatter was staying in my new
apartment. I had to get out of the old apartment anyways because my lease was up, so luckily
Done Right Moving stored all of my belongings until I found a new apartment. When I did move,
I paid a little less than what I was quoted and not one single thing was broken!
